Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we operate a strict no-refund policy on all treatments.

1. Deposits
All £10 booking deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This secures your appointment time and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

2. Completed Treatments
Once a treatment has been carried out (including facials, dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels, and exosome treatments), no refunds will be given. By proceeding with your appointment, you acknowledge and accept this.

3. Results Disclaimer
Results vary from person to person depending on individual skin types, concerns, and aftercare. We do not guarantee specific results and therefore cannot offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with results.

4. Adverse Reactions
All treatments are carried out following consultation and, where required, patch testing. Clients are responsible for disclosing full medical history and following aftercare advice. We cannot offer refunds for reactions where aftercare has not been followed or relevant information was not disclosed.

5. Amendments & Corrections
If you have concerns regarding your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours. Where appropriate, we may offer a review appointment or corrective treatment. Refunds will not be issued.

6. Prepaid Treatments / Courses
Any prepaid treatments or courses are non-refundable. In some circumstances, these may be transferred at our discretion.
