Clinic Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure all appointments. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
2. Treatments Offered
We provide professional skin treatments including facials, dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels, and advanced treatments such as exosomes with microneedling. All treatments are carried out following a thorough consultation to ensure suitability.
3. Consultation & Patch Testing
A consultation is required prior to all advanced treatments (including microneedling, chemical peels, and exosome treatments). Patch tests may be required at least 24–48 hours before your appointment. Failure to attend a required patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
4. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full cost of the treatment.

Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will also result in the full treatment cost being charged.
Outstanding balances must be cleared before any future bookings can be made.
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced. Full treatment charges still apply. If you are significantly late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.
6. Suitability & Results
Results may vary from person to person. While we aim to achieve the best outcomes, no guarantees can be made. Treatments will only be carried out if deemed safe and appropriate following consultation.
7. Aftercare Responsibility
Aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to follow all aftercare instructions to achieve the best results and minimise risks. We cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions if aftercare advice is not followed.
8. Health & Medical Conditions
Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and skin conditions prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not safe to proceed.
9. Payments
The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.
10. Children & Guests
As this is a home-based salon, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone unless otherwise agreed, to maintain a safe and relaxing environment.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment at any time if it is unsafe or if inappropriate behaviour occurs.
12. Satisfaction Policy
If you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue where possible.
